for the record. I'm not trying to compete with any other stations. i'm doing my own things. I'm just doing different thing on my station. Never have i said i'm better than everyone else. I have no disrespect for the people that run internet stations here. i just am promoting it. I have no where else to promote it. I don't know html and i'm search for a good hosting company. Can you please cast your mind back to the topic that you posted some time ago on geeks are us regarding a website? Most of those posts on there had some usefull advice there, including 3 people that offered to help or build you a site.
I don't mean to brag, and i'm not the god of scripting, but i could have done you a site by now with out you having to do anything. Heck, it wouldn't even be that big, so i probly would have hosted your SITE anyway, aslong as you didn't use gigs and gigs of bandwidth a month.
But na, go your root, use some wysiwyg editer, which might get you a few plain pages, or maybe even something like phpnuke that might have done it better.
Once you've done that, find a host that is run by a kid (not hard) that puts lodes of adds on your page and makes you use a domain with your hosting.
Sorry, but thats probly whats going to happen.
Please don't get me wrong though, it is hard to get anything started on the internet, based on the amount of other sites that are well istablished that do what you do for example acb. However if you do cary on, i'm sure it will get bigger, just look at the guy that did the million $ homepage! But for the record, i have listened to your station whilst it was on automation and found it ok.

Out of all of the stations in your corner of internet radio, i believe it's the blade that might actually do something of substance. I also, however, believe that you guys need to merge all of your stations into one large station, and again I call the blade the best banner to broadcast under of such things as Jammin hits, Brandon's station, Kev's station, etc.

hey guys. as you can see a lot has happened today with the blade.
I'm happy to also say that the skype in number is on the way. keep tuned to this bored for more info as i know it.
Also, my buddy dan has a show he does week days from 9 to 11 pm. I come on a lot and our buddy mo comes on as well. We are making more shows as well. I am in the works of podcasting as well. That will come in a few months. also we are in the works of an ftp server one day as well so you can download archives from there as well.
Also we will have an aim name as well. I have to make in. as soon as i do, it will be posted here.
Also we will get a myspace as well so people can start a wblog there.

I listened without a thought in my head. I was disappointed right away. The fact that when you were on, and I sent messages saying how horrible your station was. You were flustered, something that you should've controled at the very least.
Finally, please, get some decent programming if you really expect to listen. In case you haven't noticed, you're practically the only one posting on this board.
I don't do online radio. It's never been an interest of mine. I do know a good show, or anything like that when I hear it though. That's why I've stayed with the same opinion throughout.

jim! you need to listen again, dude. you get none of that with the blade. you get transitions that are clear, we id the songs, we bring people on the air and are open to sugestions. I appriciate the advice jim. advice is allways welcome. I'm working on being a better dj for all to hear. How can you enjoy a radio station that doesn't sound good? I'm not saying im the best but i'm working on being the best dj that i can be.

hey all. man, last night i felt like shit. Sorry about that. i had a head ache from hell. I really wanted to broadcast but i couldn't. but tonight, for sure, we are throwing down. I don't know when but we are. if you have me on msn then you'll know or just add thebladeradio@gmail.com to find out.
I'm restarting the blade. from the ground up. I've taken off, to rethink my broadcasting style. The first thing i noticed is the reason i had no listeners was no schedule. How are you supposed to have no listeners without a schedule? You can't. And second, to be more consistant. I realized the blade was not on as much as i'd liked to have been. I also wasted 10 dollars to have an add run on the zone witch the blade was down half the time witch resulted in multiple complaints. Last, my delivery. I listened to old archives and i found my delivery wasn't up to par. I'm gonna run test shows. But, for 2007, i want the blade off the ground. I'm not looking to license myself out now. I just want to get good shows going and a good fanbase going. I appoligize for all the trouble i've had with the blade. I really hope 07 marks a good year for the blade. I hope, you, the zoners give me another chance. I'm not here to compete. I'm just here to do radio and give the people something to listen to. If anyone wants to help me or something, please do so. well guys. the blade is well on it's way. new shows are in the works for 2007. i have a few friends that are gonna start. I'm working on intros but i need sound effects. I also am working on a new desktop and i mixer and things of the sort. I need i dedicated pc so i can do automation. I'll be everything, manager program director. unless fi someone wants to help... Anyway. the blade 2.0 will be starting soon. I'm sorry that 1.0 sucked so bad. I encourage you to listen. thank you.
i know i said this bored is done but it's not. i do have fans. but i love the disses, it shows that people are so ignorant and they haven't listened. I have a lot of experience in radio. i've interned at radio stations before so i do know how it goes. So all you fuckers that dis me keep doing but just know i do know a bit about radio. thank you. not trying to compete but i do know my stuff.
